Our breeding dogs are raised as part of our family and live active, balanced lives on our homestead. We select dogs for compatibility with our values, prioritizing sociable, stable dispositions alongside physical well-being. It is important to us that our dogs get plenty of time outdoors to act like dogs.

Tiki

Tiki is a highly intelligent girl. She loves to explore her surroundings, and always make sure to check in with her humans.
Tiki loves being with every person she meets, and also appreciates her independent time outdoors, not shying away from rain, mud or snow! She has a natural curiosity for the little happenings around our homestead and enjoys putting her instincts to work keeping the rodent population in check. I really enjoy watching that bit of that old-fashioned homestead dog in her.
But perhaps what I love most about Tiki is her soulful nature. She once met a woman who was grieving and, in a moment that touched me deeply, wrapped her front paws around the woman’s neck in a loving embrace. It was one of those moments that stays with you—a glimpse of the tenderness and connection that make Tiki so special.

Tiki is on the smaller end of “miniature” Bernedoodles. Her adult weight is 21 lbs. I love this size! She is compact and convenient, without the fragility of smaller dogs.
She has a furnished, non shedding gene, wavy coat with tri-coloring.

Grassie

Grassie was adopted by our four-year-old as her “very own puppy” after accompanying Mommy on the airplane to bring her home. Having been part of the adventure, she naturally earned the honor of naming her new little companion!
Grassie is a bubbly, affectionate girl who would choose being by her people’s side over just about anything else. She embodies the classic Bernedoodle personality: goofy, people-oriented, and eager to please. She has a wonderful way of bringing joy to everyday moments and making herself right at home in the hearts of her family.

Grassie is 27 lbs at 10 months old.
She is furnished, with a wonderfully soft, lush, wavy coat that is low- to non-shedding. Her beautiful merle coloring, complemented by lovely tan points, gives her a striking and distinctive appearance.

Meet Our Companion Dog
Sven is our 11 year old farm dog, a Mastiff/ Rottweiler, who loves nothing more than her people, especially kids and is all tolerant of their toddler behaviors. Sven is an integral part of our lives and homestead. She is living out her retirement lounging in the sunshine or in front of the wood stove and getting lots of head scratches.
